Dreamcatchers are special Collectibles in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). Players must all 20 of these items to complete 100% of Trophies / Achievements.

These collectibles can be gathered in any order and at anytime, meaning non of them can be skipped or missed. You will find them hanging from trees and interact with them by holding triangle.
To track your dreamcatcher progress, hit Options and go to "Progress" then "Total Completion" and see the amount on your "Dreamcatchers" section.
Dreamcatcher Rewards
After obtaining all Dreamcatchers, visit the Elysian pool and go behind the waterfall. On the back wall you can find an Ancient Arrowhead, which will increase your Stamina when using your bow.
