Makeover

Arthur Morgan (you) meets Josiah Trelawny outside the Tailor in Saint Denis. He tells you of a job that you're about to do but takes you to get outfitted appropriately first. Head into the Tailors and get yourself the only outfit available, and head out to the Barber next, and style either your hair or beard. When you come out and ride the wagon, Trelawny will tell you more about the job and the details of it. He tells you you'll be robbing a high stakes poker game on a ferry, with the help of Leopold Strauss and Javier Escuella, and a very friendly dealer.

High Stakes

When you arrive at the pier, you'll be told to leave your weapons on the wagon you arrived on, and will meet with Leopold and Javier. The scene will fade when you board the boat and you'll find yourself on the boat walking into the game room. Find the seat marked on the map and sit down to play at Desmond Blythe's table. After one round, the rest of the table will bust and it will just be the two of you. On the next set he goes all in so you match it, and end up winning.

He busts and after a tease from your part, he offers his very valuable watch for another set of chips, to which you accept. On the next hand dealt, he goes all in yet again but as the odds are unjustly in your favor, you match it and come out on top. You guided by one of the workers to a door that Javier is pretending to be a guard at. The worker asks Javier to escort the both of you upstairs.

When you arrive at the vault and the worker gets it open, Javier will knock the guard out and aim the worker. You take the worker's gun before shoving him at the window. While you're about to loot the safe, he gets up and tries to shoot you with a second gun, at which point you use your Dead-Eye to get the edge over him. The gunshot alerts nearby guards, but you're able to sneak off by following Javier back down to the games room.

When you arrive, proceed to the bar to find Trelawny arguing with Blythe before the guard who Javier stole his uniform off enters and outs you all. Javier shoots the closest guard and gives you the Lancaster Repeater to ensue a gunfight. Shoot all kill all the guards that enter until Javier tells you you need to escape. Follow him out and jump off the ship.

You'll swim back to shore in a cutscene and upon arriving you discuss the total score ($6000), and the watch with Leopold before you split the cash and go off.
