In northwest of Saint Denis, the unnamed woman is can be seen sitting/walking around the red circled area collecting donations for veterans. Donating $20 to her will give you some honor. You can also look her donation box which will give you a few dollars and a hit on your honor.

When I was about to do this mission i accidentally knocked a woman over on my horse and the mission disappeared..a few days went by and my wanted level is long gone with ni bounty..still no mission. Am i locked out of this forever? Still only in chapter 2 and considering restarting
