The Course of True Love – II is a Story Mission in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). This is one of the "Main Quests" of the game and players must complete it to advance the Story. Completing Story Missions opens up Stranger Missions as well as additional content throughout the game.

Scoping Gray
Arthur Morgan (you) walks towards the Gray Estate and shines his new deputy badge at the guards to gain access to the inside. Talk to the guy sweeping the front of the main building and he'll direct you to a Beau Gray. He speaks to you about his love for Penelope Braithwaite, and tells you that the conflict between families keeps them apart. He asks you to take a letter and some jewelry over to her, in exchange for a handsome payment.
Playing Cupid
You ride over to the Braithwaite Manor and abandon your horse before getting close. You'll need to sneak past the guards to get to Penelope. Move along the right side of the entrance as you'll find her in the gazebo furthest right. When you reach her, you give her the letter and gift, and she tells you how wonderful Beau is. She gives you some tea and then a letter to give back to Beau.
The only thing left to do is escape without getting noticed. There's a boat nearby that can help with that, or you can just walk back to your horse.
