Goodbye, Dear Friend Walkthrough

Colm O'Driscoll's Execution

Make your way to the saloon in Saint Denis where Arthur Morgan (you) will find Sadie Adler and Dutch Van Der Linde - a cutscene will begin where the two are drinking and will mention that it is a great day, the day Colm O'Driscoll will be hanged. The three will then head off to the destination in disguise. Change into the guard's uniform and follow Dutch and Sadie through the back alleys.

Stop The O'Driscolls

Once you've reached the area where the execution will take place, Dutch will notice Colm's men are presently looking suspicious pointing out to a building. Dutch tells Sadie to stay behind and asks Arthur to follow them to figure out what the men are plotting. Continue following the O'Driscolls through the alley and listen in on the conversation. You'll then learn about their plan to break Colm out and that there is a shooter up on the roof that you will need to eliminate.

Now, make your way up the roof  - head up to the house and a lady will advise you to go up another flight of stairs and through the balcony. Follow the yellow spot on the map to get to the location where you will see a gun case and the shooter nowhere to be found.

Once you've jumped down, a man will ambush you - fight and kill the shooter silently.

Pick up the rifle and watch as the execution begins, Sadie then sneaks up to one of Colm's men and puts a knife over his throat while Dutch aims his gun at the other guy's head. Colm looks up on the roof where he expects one of his men to start shooting but instead, finds Arthur waving back at him - realizing that his escape plan has failed, Colm then expresses fear and faces his demise.

As soon as Colm is hanged, Sadie loses control, slits the guy's throat and shoots the other - you will then regain control of Arthur and Dutch will prompt you to take out the O'Driscolls in order to clear a path for the two. Use the rifle, scout the area and eliminate the remaining O'Driscolls.

After killing most of them, a cutscene will start where Sadie and Dutch get in a wagon and escapes while Arthur discards the disguise and heads back to camp.

Once you've returned back to camp, you will get a letter from Mary, Arthur's long lost love. This ends the mission where you can move on to the next, Mrs. Sadie Adler, Widow – II.
