The Course of True Love – III is a Story Mission in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). This is one of the "Main Quests" of the game and players must complete it to advance the Story. Completing Story Missions opens up Stranger Missions as well as additional content throughout the game.

Message Man
Upon returning the letter Arthur Morgan obtained from Penelope Braithwaite in The Course of True Love – II, Beau Gray discovers the danger she's about to put herself through by taking part in a rally for women's rights and urges you to help stop her. After some financial persuasion, you agree to help and follow Beau on your horse.
Feminism
You get to the rally and Beau tries to protect her by convincing her to stop participating but she has somehow ended up volunteering you to help ride the wagon around with the protestors behind it. You have to now drive through Main Street with the women at the back of the wagon singing for equality. Stop at the bank (marked as the destination) where they'll protest on foot and get harassed by a group of men.
Eventually Beau's cousin will enter and begin to question his purpose for being there. As things get tense, Penelope asks you to help him out. You go over to him and get him to leave with you. Beau will guide you to a battlefield to hide out from his cousins. Hey pays you when you arrive and then leaves.
