My Last Boy Walkthrough

Eagle Flies, The Last Son

As Arthur Morgan (you), head back to camp in Beaver Hollow and approach Dutch Van Der Linde to start this mission. A cutscene starts with Dutch, Arthur, and Micah. During the conversation, Eagle Flies appears with his tribe and entails Dutch and his gang to ride with them to the oil factory where the army has killed his people for goods.

Rains Fall suddenly appears and tries to reason out with his son, his last boy, that war isn't the answer, that they will die just like his firstborn and his wife if he continues down that path but Eagle Flies disobeys his father's plea and rides off with his men - worried, Rains Fall reaches out to Arthur to help his son before it's too late. Arthur agrees to help and the gang rides with you to the oil factory.

As you make your way towards the oil factory, one of Eagle Flies' men will approach you on horseback and tells you that the others need help.

Continue in that way where you will find the factory is set on fire - the rest of the gang will ride with Arthur as you eliminate the soldiers outside. Once you've gotten close enough, you'll be forced to unmount your horse and push through the factory, killing as many soldiers as you go. Make sure to use Dead-Eye to quickly shoot down the soldiers positioned on top of the tower.

After clearing out the enemies, follow Sadie and Charles across the bridge to get to Eagle Flies - Arthur saves him just in time and you will be prompted to follow the three and help in killing more soldiers in the area. Once you've eliminated most of them, a train car ahead will open revealing a soldier manning a Gatling gun. Quickly use Dead-Eye to eliminate the soldier with the machinery, clear out the rest and make your way towards the other side of the train

Now, as you move past the train towards a new area, more soldiers will appear and you will find Paytah to your left. Your priority is to protect him as you move forward, if Paytah dies you will fail the mission - quickly shoot the soldier trying to kill him and continue eliminating the rest. After you've cleared most of the enemies, follow the yellow dot on your map to find Dutch.

Retrieve The State Bonds & Escape

After regrouping with Dutch, follow him inside the factory and make your way to the office to steal the state bonds, Arthur then mentions he has broken in before to retrieve some papers for Eagle Flies. When you get to the office, search the wardrobe and cupboard while Dutch searches through the desk - eventually, Dutch finds the state bonds and the two leave.

You will then be greeted by more soldiers waiting downstairs, take cover and use Dead-Eye and fight your way out of the factory. Once you're near the exit, a cutscene will trigger showing Arthur getting hit by a blast of steam allowing the soldiers to close in on him. Arthur calls for help, and Dutch who is on the other side, looks and walks away - Arthur then tries to stop a soldier from plunging a knife through his chest but at the last moment, Eagle Flies comes to his aid.

Unfortunately, another soldier sneaks behind Eagle Flies and shoots him in the stomach - quickly aim and shoot the soldier as Arthur will immediately be thrown into Dead-Eye. A cutscene will start with Arthur accuses Dutch of turning his back on him, which Dutch denies. Arthur then prioritizes to help Eagle Flies as he makes his way back to Wapiti Indian Reservation together with Charles and Paytah.

Once you've arrived, Arthur brings a wounded Eagle Flies back and at the last moment dies as he sees his father. As you leave the tent, Arthur offers to stay and help but Charles tells him to leave since there are other people, good people who need his help. Charles then instructs the tribe they need to pack and move while Arthur rides off.

As Arthur continues along the way, his condition gets worse - he begins to cough uncontrollably, his vision starts to blur and eventually loses consciousness. Luckily, a group will find and rescue you. You will, later on, realize it is the family that you helped in A Strange Kindness.

The family will continue to tend to your aid, but a determined Arthur gets up and flees. The mission ends where you'll find yourself waking up by the train station in Annesburg. Up next is, Our Best Selves
