Preaching Forgiveness as He went Walkthrough

New Trade

Lenny Summers speaks to Arthur Morgan (you) at the camp about a weapons trader's stash hidden in the woods, guarded by idiots. Tempted by the reward, you agree to check it out with Lenny and ride together. On your way, Lenny tells you about his struggles in these parts. When you arrive, it'll be at an old civil war battleground. You'll find an abandoned church too. Once you see it, Lenny will tell you about the wagon driving off. You take the lead and follow it to a manor.

Explosive Intentions

You leave your horses a bit behind and walk over to two small walls to scout the area ahead (highlighted as area of interest on the map). Lenny asks you to scope the place out with your sniper and you find a wagonload of dynamite on the left of the manor. Now you have two options:

  • Shoot the wagon of dynamite and begin the firefight from there
  • Send Lenny to gather the people up and make it easier for you to take them out.

Either way a gunfight ensues against a couple dozen Lemoyne Raiders and you'll need to defeat all of them; be careful of the men who will try to flank you and try to take them out first.

Once you defeat them all, check the area of interest to find a wagon that contains weapons. You both think this is good enough and steal the wagon, to bring the weapons back to camp. On your way out, you encounter three more Raiders who question you. Trying to defuse the situation will result in the same outcome but however you choose to approach it, you'll have to kill them. Once you do, continue riding until you reach the camp.

When you arrive, you'll inspect the Bolt Action Rifles you stole and keep one for yourself.
